• *Job Responsibilities**

• Provide technical support for systems, applications, and network\-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Linux servers, VoIP dialers, SIP, and network connectivity.
• Monitor server performance, services, logs, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot dialer and outbound calling issues.
• Handle basic networking, DNS, IP, firewall, and routing issues.
• Prepare daily technical support and performance reports using MS Excel.
• Use Excel formulas, filters, and Pivot Tables for reporting.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Support.
• Experience in the same or similar industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of Linux, VoIP, SIP, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong problem\-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
