You will diagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site, prioritizing customer satisfaction and uninterrupted product functionality. Your duties include providing support via telephone, remote access, and in-person visits, actively listening to client concerns, and efficiently troubleshooting product-related problems. Depending on issue severity, you will address problems from afar or dispatch to customer sites using a company vehicle. Furthermore, you will install, configure, and demonstrate products at client locations, while maintaining thorough knowledge of all company offerings to deliver authoritative support.
