SEPL is looking for a skilled **Technical Troubleshooting Engineer** with **5–7 years of experience** in networking, server administration, hardware troubleshooting, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi\-Fi, Firewalls), hardware, and software issues.
Install, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments.
Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access.
Monitor IT infrastructure, perform backups, and ensure system availability.
Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and clients for issue resolution.
Maintain technical documentation and support IT operations.
