Write and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, installation/configuration guides, IQ/OQ documents, release notes, and SOPs for PharmaSecure products.
Create and update help files using help authoring tools and MS Office applications.
Collaborate with technical teams to simplify product usage through clear and concise instructions.
Format and manage pre\-authored technical documents as per company templates and standards.
Work on multiple assignments while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in documentation.
Gain hands\-on product knowledge by working closely with cross\-functional teams.
Review and improve existing documentation, diagrams, and supporting materials.
*Qualifications:**
3–4 years of experience in technical writing.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, document formatting, PDF conversion, and help authoring tools.
