Join **Homworks** at Sulur, Coimbatore, as we build and scale a landmark **35\-acre manufacturing facility** powered by state\-of\-the\-art, fully automated German machinery lines.

We are looking for a detailed\-oriented **Technical Writer** to work directly alongside our **Factory Head** and operational teams. In this role, you will get firsthand exposure to industrial operations, working close to the shop floor to translate complex manufacturing processes into clear, accurate, and structured documentation.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• **Shop\-Floor Observation \& Process Capture:** Observe manufacturing activities, machine workflows, operational discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives directly on the shop floor.
• **Documentation \& Standard Operating Procedures:** Draft, format, and maintain clear English SOPs, process flow notes, work instructions, quality checklists, technical reports, and operating manuals.
• **Active Learning \& Synthesis:** Engage with engineers and technicians, ask probing questions, and convert complex technical jargon or machinery processes into simple, easy\-to\-understand documents.
• **Action \& Information Tracking:** Track key decisions, observations, and action points from operational meetings; keep all documents meticulously organized, updated, and accessible.
• **Factory Head Coordination:** Provide direct administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Factory Head to support smooth daily operations and execution.

• *WHO SHOULD APPLY (QUALIFICATIONS \& SKILLS)**

• **Strong English Communication:** Flawless written English, excellent grammar, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a logical, concise manner.
• **Sharp Analytical \& Listening Skills:** Strong observational capabilities, active listening skills, high attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity about industrial machinery and manufacturing operations.
• **Shop\-Floor Mindset:** Willingness to spend time on the active production floor, collaborate directly with factory operators, and grow alongside the facility.
• **Experience Level:** Candidates with prior manufacturing/industrial exposure are preferred; ambitious freshers with exceptional technical writing ability and a passion for plant operations are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
