• *Job Title**: Techno\-functional BA / Data Analyst – Manufacturing (BOM / Wastage)

• Location: Bangalore, India
• Year of experience: 10 \- 15

• *Role Overview:**

• Looking for a techno\-functional analyst to support a critical application focused on production scrap/wastage analytics.
• The role involves working with business stakeholders, navigating ERP data, and troubleshooting data/technical issues.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyse BOM, production, and wastage/scrap data
• Work with business teams to understand and support use cases
• Navigate and extract data from ERP systems (SAP / BPCS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve data/technical issues quickly
• Support and enhance Power BI dashboards / reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong manufacturing domain knowledge (BOM, wastage, production processes)
• Strong SQL skills (must\-have)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred; BPCS is a plus)
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements
• Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment

• *Role 2 – Business Analyst**

• *Job Title**: Business Analyst/Data Analyst

• Location: Bangalore, India
• Year of experience: 10 \- 15
• Salary \-upto 18 LPA
• Working days\- Monday to Friday

• *Role Overview:**

• Looking for a Strong techno\-functional expertise (SQL/Python \+ domain knowledge)
• The role involves working with business stakeholders, navigating ERP data, and troubleshooting data/technical issues.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Quality Control Tower: Product release tracking (raw, bulk, finished goods), KPI reporting, and drill\-down analytics
• Platform: Drive user adoption, training, and use case development
• Consumer \& Product Analytics: NLP\-based sentiment analysis from complaints and feedback to support product improvement and market surveillance

• *Required Skills:**

• **Technical**: Strong in SQL \& Python; experience with data pipelines, analytics platforms, and data lake/integration environments
• **Functional**: Strong pharma quality domain knowledge (QC, batch release, workflows)
• **Core Capability**: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work independently with minimal supervision
