Summary

As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring development tools and infrastructure to support software development and deployment processes. The role includes setting up automated pipelines that streamline integration, delivery, and deployment activities. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. Continuous monitoring and testing of systems are performed to maintain high availability and protect against potential security vulnerabilities. The position requires proactive problem\-solving and adapting to evolving technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform in an enterprise Git environment.

Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.

Proficiency in configuration management tools like Chef and/or Ansible.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and systems administration in cloud environments.

Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team\-oriented environment.

Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk, ELK, etc.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Familiarity with security best practices in software deployment and infrastructure management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex distributed systems.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
