We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Caller to join our team. As a Sales Caller, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into sales.
\*Key Responsibilities:\*
\- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
\- Introduce and promote our real estate products and services
\- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales executives
\- Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
\- Meet and exceed daily call targets and sales goals
\- Update CRM software with lead information and sales data
\- Stay up\-to\-date with market trends and industry developments
\*Requirements:\*
\- Fresher in sales don't know anything about real estate.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Strong sales and negotiation skills
\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet targets
\- Basic knowledge of real estate products and services (an advantage but not mandatory)
\- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
