1\. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
2\. Attend customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
3\. Manage help desk support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
4\. Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and follow\-ups.
5\. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support.
6\. Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
7\. Follow up with clients/customers when required.
