As we scale our inside sales operations, we are building a high\-energy calling team of motivated communicators who can connect, convince, and convert leads into business opportunities.
As a BDE at BOS Center, you will be the first and most important voice of our brand. You will reach out to prospective customers, engage them in consultative conversations, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline. This role demands confidence, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly in both English and Hindi.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned lead lists and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Conduct soft, consultative conversations to understand customer needs and introduce BOS Center’s fintech products and services.
- Follow up on warm and cold leads regularly to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Accurately record call details, lead status, and customer information in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation KPIs set by the team lead.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally; escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and brand\-aligned tone on every call.
- *Required Qualifications \& Skills**
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer outreach (Fintech / BFSI experience strongly preferred).
- Fluent verbal communication in both English and Hindi — clear, confident, and professional tone is mandatory.
- Strong convincing and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections calmly and effectively.
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to quickly understand customer intent and pain points.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Excel and MS Suite.
- Graduate in any stream (12th pass candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered).
- Must be based in Delhi or willing to commute to the Delhi office on a daily basis.
- Prior experience specifically in Fintech, Banking, lead generation products calling.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven mindset with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Familiarity with basic financial terminology.
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
