Digiperform is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Tele caller to manage student inquiries and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a career in education counseling and inside sales.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate course information
- Explain course structure, fees, schedules, and career benefits
- Follow up consistently with potential candidates
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/system
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly admission goals
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth onboarding
- *Required Skills \& Competencies**
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English proficiency preferred)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Target\-driven mindset with positive attitude
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or counseling
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
