Elight Cabs is looking for a motivated and customer\-friendly **Telecaller / Customer Support Executive** to handle customer inquiries, cab bookings, and follow\-up calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with cab bookings and travel\-related inquiries
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, feedback, and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records
- Coordinate with drivers and the operations team to ensure smooth service
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely assistance
- Inform customers about company services and offers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle calls professionally and politely
- Good listening and problem\-solving abilities
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Voice Process, or Reception roles
- Familiarity with CRM software and booking management systems
- Knowledge of the transportation, travel, or cab service industry is an advantage
