\*Job Summary:\*
Responsible for providing technical and functional support to Tally users. Help clients resolve software issues, guide them on accounting processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
\*Key Responsibilities:\*
\- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat queries related to Tally software
\- Troubleshoot installation, activation, data backup, GST, and accounting errors
\- Guide users on Tally features, reports, and compliance updates
\- Log tickets in CRM and follow up until resolution
\- Coordinate with technical team for escalated issues
\- Educate clients on best practices and software upgrades
\*Required Skills:\*
\- Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TallyPrime/Tally ERP 9
\- Strong communication skills in English \+ regional language
\- Patient, problem\-solving attitude with ability to explain technical steps simply
\- Comfortable with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
\*Qualifications:\*
\- Any Graduate fresher or Experienced can apply
\- Prior experience in software support or accounting is an advantage
\- \*Training will be Provided for Freshers\*\*

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
