TELECALLER
We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with potential customers, provide information about our products, handle inquiries, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer\-focused attitude.
\- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote iZaG products.
\- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
\- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
\- Maintain a database of customer interactions.
\- Follow up on leads, feedback, and pending orders.
\- Support marketing and promotional campaigns through follow\-up calls.
\- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Science Graduate candidates will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
