We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, coordinate with prospective clients, and support business development activities through effective communication and follow\-ups.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, institutes, and prospective clients.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Follow up with clients regarding meetings, proposals, and business requirements.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
Maintain records of calls, discussions, and follow\-up activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Prepare and maintain daily call reports and MIS records.
*Preferred Candidate Profile:**
3–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or client coordination.
Experience in the Education industry preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong follow\-up and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.
