Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Provide information about hospital services, doctors, specialties, and health packages.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital system.
• Address patient inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for patient requirements.
• Ensure excellent patient service and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Achieve daily call targets and maintain call quality standards.
