Job Description
- *Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic, customer\-focused, and target\-oriented **Gold Loan Telecaller** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, promoting gold loan products, generating quality leads, scheduling branch visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer queries, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly business targets.
- *Key Responsibilities Customer Calling \& Lead Generation :**
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding gold loan services.
- Generate qualified leads through telecalling and follow\-up activities.
- Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria of gold loan products.
- Encourage customers to visit the branch for loan processing and gold valuation.
- *Customer Relationship Management :**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding loan procedures.
- Follow up with interested customers until the loan process is completed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.
- *Business Development :**
- Identify opportunities to increase gold loan business through regular customer engagement.
- Reactivate inactive customers and promote loan renewal or top\-up loan opportunities.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.
- Support branch business growth by achieving telecalling conversion targets.
- *Data Management :**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow\-up schedules, and lead status.
- Update CRM or internal systems with customer information and call outcomes.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit business updates to the reporting manager.
- *Required Qualifications :**
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, customer service, banking, finance, NBFC, or gold loan experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tamil; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- *Required Skills :**
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer\-focused attitude with professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good follow\-up and relationship\-building skills.
- Positive attitude, self\-motivated, and team\-oriented.
- *Preferred Experience :**
- Experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support will be preferred.
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, or loan sales is an added advantage.
