Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Lead Conversion:** Handle inbound/outbound calls to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
  • **Consultative Selling:** Understand client preferences, budget, and travel dates to recommend optimal domestic or international destinations and packages.
  • **Booking \& Documentation:** Process airline, train, and bus reservations, and assist clients with travel insurance, visas, and passport requirements.
  • **Client Follow\-ups:** Regularly follow up with potential clients to drive conversions and nurture long\-term customer relationships.
  • **Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed individual and team\-based monthly/quarterly sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • **Issue Resolution:** Handle customer post\-booking queries, scheduling changes, or complaints in a professional manner.
  • *Qualifications \& Skills Required**
  • **Experience:** 0 to 1 year of proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a travel agency role.
  • **Communication:** Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages (Hindi/regional).
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Hands\-on experience with Computer Reservation Systems (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), or CRM software.
  • **Product Knowledge:** Strong understanding of domestic and international travel trends, geography, weather, and local attractions.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
