Tele Caller Executive

• **Outbound \& Inbound Calling:** Initiate calls to leads using pre\-defined scripts and handle incoming inquiries regarding products, services, or pricing. \[1, 2]
• **Lead Generation \& Sales:** Identify customer needs, pitch features and benefits, and encourage purchases to meet daily or monthly sales targets. \[1, 2]
• **Data Management:** Record conversation details, update contact information, and track call outcomes in the company's CRM system. \[1, 2]
• **Query Resolution:** Listen to customer grievances or queries and provide professional, empathetic solutions. \[1, 2]
• **Follow\-ups:** Schedule and execute callbacks for prospects needing more time to decide or for existing clients requiring support
