Role Overview
We are seeking a full\-time, on\-site Executive Outreach Specialist to join our team in Pune Division. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing client relationships, conducting in\-depth market and industry research, and identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will engage with senior management across the energy sector, support sales initiatives, and design outreach strategies to expand the company’s presence and influence in the energy market.
Key Responsibilities
\- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long\-term collaboration.
\- Initiate and coordinate meetings with top management in the energy sector.
\- Drive customer engagement and support sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.
\- Formulate outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Qualifications
\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify sector trends.
\- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to nurture client relationships.
\- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of driving growth.
\- Proficiency in conducting detailed research to inform strategic decisions.
\- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
\- Knowledge of the energy sector or power trading is an advantage also hands on experience of PowerBI is a plus.
\- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy Management, or a related field preferred.
