2\-Guide customers through the eKYC process
3\- Follow up on pending eKYC applications
4\- Verify customer information and documentation
5\-Maintain accurate call and verification records
6\-Coordinate with backend teams for successful completion of cases
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Strong follow\-up and coordination skills
