Work experience \& Qualification required:\-
- 1 years as Telesales of Pharmaceuticals products OR MR (Medical Representative) or **FRESHER's**.
- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) OR MBA Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:\-
- To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise)
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow\-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious \& unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming \& Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
Salary:\- Rs.25,000\-30,000/\- \+ incentives (**negotiable**).
