\*\*Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Non\-Trade Cement\*\*
\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*
\* Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and customers for Non\-Trade Cement sales.
\* Generate leads and maintain regular follow\-ups with prospective clients.
\* Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
\* Prepare and maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.
\* Share customer requirements and order details with the sales team.
\* Prepare and submit daily dispatch reports.
\* Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of orders.
\* Send emails for code opening and customer registration processes.
\* Collect and verify required customer documents.
\* Share customer documents with concerned officers for approval and processing.
\* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
\* Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
\*\*Requirements:\*\*
\* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
\* Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
\* Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
\* Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000\.00 per month
