We are looking for an energetic, results\-driven **Sales / Business Development Executive**. In this role, your primary focus will be to educate residential and commercial clients on the benefits of solar energy, convert potential leads into successful sales, and actively contribute to the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Conversion:** Meta Ads, website aur cold outreach se aane wali leads ke sath follow\-up karna aur unhe convert karna.
- **Customer Education:** Potential clients ko solar benefits, government subsidies (jaise PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana), aur ROI (Return on Investment) ke baare me simple language me samjhana.
- **Consultative Sales:** Client ki requirements (electricity bill, roof space) ke hisab se sahi solar plant capacity suggest karna.
- **Site Visits \& Deals Closing:** Zaroorat padne par client meetings aur site assessment coordinate karna aur deals ko successfully close karna.
- **Relationship Management:** Clients ke sath strong relationship maintain karna taaki referrals aur nayi business opportunities mil sakein.
Requirements (WHAT WE NEED)
- **Lead Conversion:** Effectively follow up with and convert high\-intent leads generated through Meta Ads, the company website, and targeted cold outreach.
- **Customer Education:** Educate potential clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, government subsidies (such as the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana), and return on investment (ROI) in a clear and simplified manner.
- **Consultative Sales:** Analyze client requirements (based on electricity bills and available roof space) to recommend the ideal solar plant capacity.
- **Site Visits \& Deal Closure:** Coordinate and conduct on\-site technical assessments, handle face\-to\-face client meetings, and successfully close sales deals.
- **Relationship Management:** Maintain strong, long\-term relationships with existing clients to build a strong pipeline for referrals and new business opportunities.
