We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate sector, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to engage with prospective clients, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits to potential buyers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or lead management systems.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer engagement.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum **1\+ year of experience in the Real Estate industry** (Mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer\-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
