**Feedback Collection:** Gather post\-discharge or post\-consultation feedback to improve hospital service quality.
**Record Keeping:** Log all interactions into the hospital's CRM or database while ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
**Communication:** Excellent verbal communication skills in local languages (e.g., Hindi, English, Rajasthani) with a highly empathetic and patient tone.
**Healthcare Knowledge:** Basic understanding of medical terminology and hospital services is preferred.
**Computer Proficiency:** Familiarity with MS Office, basic data entry, and hospital management systems (HMS).
**Problem\-Solving:** Ability to handle anxious callers, calm irate customers, and manage urgent requests effectively.
