We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales\-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
**Fluent English communication skills** (spoken).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
