- **Stanmax*** is looking for a dedicated and customer\-focused **Telecaller** to handle customer interactions and resolve queries efficiently. The role involves attending inbound calls, maintaining proper records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service\-related issues effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes.
- Maintain proper call records and customer details in MIS reports.
- Update daily reports and data using **MS Excel**.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in **Hindi and basic English**.
- Strong listening and problem\-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** for MIS and reporting work.
- Ability to handle customer conversations politely and patiently.
- Good coordination and follow\-up skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: **12th Pass / Graduate**.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with **0–2 years** of experience in telecalling, customer support, or back\-office support will be preferred.
