Job Description

Call and follow up with potential and existing customers.
Explain products, offers, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, product usage, delivery, and general support.
Follow up on leads generated.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for issue resolution.
Build trust with customers and ensure a positive brand experience.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Fluent communication skills in **Hindi and English (Mandatory)**.

Telugu language proficiency is an added advantage.

**Strong phone etiquette and customer handling skills.**

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple customer conversation

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
