Tele Caller Executive

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with customers, explain products/services, and maintain good customer relations. Candidates with 2–3 years of telecalling or customer service experience are preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries.
• Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Maintain customer database and update records after each interaction.
• Follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries politely.
