Wardwizard Innovations \& Mobility Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result\-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer\-centric approach, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
The role involves interacting with customers, generating leads, providing product information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling \& Customer Interaction**
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Attend inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products, services, and ongoing offers effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments and follow\-ups for the sales team.
- *Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, service requests, and feedback.
- *Data Management \& Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software systems.
- Update customer databases and lead status regularly.
- Prepare daily call reports and activity updates.
- *Performance \& Process Compliance**
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Adhere to company communication standards and processes.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
✅ 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Tele\-Sales, BPO, or Call Center operations.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi \& English.
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
✔ HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
✔ Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Automobile, Banking, Insurance, or Service Industry will be an advantage.
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000\.00 per month
