Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects.
Explain company services and offerings effectively.
Generate, qualify, and maintain leads.
Follow up with interested customers and candidates.
Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
