Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and empathetic **Telecaller Executive** to connect with EV garages, service centers, dealers, workshops, and battery businesses across India and beyond.
The role involves explaining EV DOCTOR™, understanding customer needs, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers including EV garages, dealers, service centers, and battery businesses.
- Explain EV DOCTOR™ features, benefits, pricing, and use cases clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow\-up updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team for demos, closures, and customer support.
- Build trust with customers through polite and professional communication.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable with calling, follow\-ups, and customer conversations.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
- Basic understanding of EV, automobile, battery, or tools industry is a plus.
- Must be disciplined, target\-oriented, and comfortable using CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Empathy, patience, and clarity in communication are important.
