We are urgently seeking an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our Digital Marketing & Video Production team based in Parippalli, Kollam. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services, generate and qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales department. You will need to maintain and update customer databases meticulously while building and nurturing positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have basic computer proficiency, and be able to handle customer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
