FinTram Global seeks a diligent and organized Tele Calling Executive to manage backend student inquiries and provide comprehensive post-admission support. In this role, you will serve as the main contact for current students, addressing their non-academic concerns such as class schedules, batch modifications, access to study materials, and portal login issues. Communication will occur via telephone, WhatsApp, and email. You will also support the Senior Counselling team by handling daily operational coordination, allowing them to focus on primary counselling duties. This includes escalating complex issues to technical staff or faculty when necessary to ensure swift resolution and a seamless student experience.
