Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain the company’s products and services in a clear and professional manner.
Follow up regularly with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to generate sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and providing timely support.
Handle customer queries, provide accurate product information, pricing details, and assist customers in choosing suitable products/services.
Coordinate closely with the sales and operations team for order processing, payment follow\-ups, delivery updates, and customer support activities.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales follow\-ups, and daily call reports for tracking and reporting purposes.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers.
Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, or customer support processes will be an added advantage.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
