Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our recruitment team. You will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with prospective customers and guidethem through the initial stages of their overseas professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from the lead database.
• Explain MWGS services and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Schedule counseling sessions and follow up consistently until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM or Google Sheets.
• Share basic information about opportunities, countries, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Assist the counselling team in collecting required documents for processing.
• Handle basic queries regarding destinations and application timelines.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, or lead generation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
• Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp/email follow\-ups.
• Enthusiastic, polite, and persuasive on calls.
