• *Job Description**

We are seeking a motivated and results\-oriented **Telecalling Executive** with at least 2 years of experience in sales and telecalling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects into customers.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and promote company services effectively.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through regular follow\-ups.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, telecalling, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Ability to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Good objection\-handling and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and result\-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
