Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Telecaller to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and support the sales team in promoting our construction and building services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Introduce and explain the company's construction, renovation, and landscaping services.
Follow up with inquiries received through marketing campaigns, websites, and social media.
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams for customer requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (construction/real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
