Tele Marketing Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated candidates for the position of Telecaller / Customer Support Executive.

The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, explaining company products and services, handling customer queries, and generating potential leads.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain customer information and call records.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
• Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
