We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to support sales activities through customer engagement, lead generation, quotation follow\-up, and coordination with the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer\-focused approach.
- Contact existing and prospective customers through phone calls and emails.
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination with internal departments.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records accurately.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track daily activities, follow\-ups, and sales progress reports.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong follow\-up and coordination abilities.
- Result\-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Experience in Industrial Products, Engineering Solutions, Air Compressors, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
