Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
Explain company products and services to potential clients.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Prepare reports on calling activities and sales opportunities.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
Prior telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
