Living Assets Builder Pvt Ltd is hiring a Telecaller who can effectively engage with potential property buyers, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate site visits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust with customers over phone calls.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Lead Management**

• Call and follow up with leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, property portals, and referrals.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and location benefits to prospective customers.
• Identify genuine buyers and qualify leads for the sales team.

• *Customer Engagement**

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain regular follow\-ups.
• Address basic customer concerns and route complex queries to the sales team.

• *Site Visit Coordination**

• Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers.
• Coordinate appointments between customers and sales executives.
• Follow up after site visits to gather feedback and encourage booking discussions.

• *CRM \& Reporting**

• Maintain and update lead records in CRM, Excel, or company software.
• Record call outcomes, follow\-up dates, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily call reports and lead status updates.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and smartphone proficiency.
• Ability to handle follow\-ups consistently.
• Prior telecalling, customer service, sales, BPO, or real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
