About the Role
We are looking for a smart and communicative Telecaller cum Office Assistant to handle customer calling activities along with basic office support work. Candidates living near Muvattupuzha are preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
Follow up on enquiries and maintain call records
Provide basic information about company products and services
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain office records, files, and daily reports
Support day\-to\-day office administrative activities
Handle basic email communication and data entry
Candidate Requirements
Gender Female or Male
Qualification Plus Two or Degree preferred
Experience 6 months to 1 year experience preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Fluency in Malayalam and basic English communication
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email
Pleasant personality and customer\-friendly attitude
