Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads.

Key requirements

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients using a prepared script.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries .
• Explain products or services and prices, and respond to questions.
• Maintain customer databases and update contact information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
• Follow up with leads/customers as necessary.
• Keep accurate records of discussions and sales.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
