• *About the Role:**

We are hiring enthusiastic, result\-oriented Telecallers for a leading EdTech client. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, understanding their learning needs, sharing information about educational programs, and setting up counseling sessions with the admissions team. If you enjoy talking to people, have a knack for persuasion, and want to help families make informed decisions about education, this role is a great fit. **Freshers are very welcome to apply.**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
• Explain educational programs and services in a clear and engaging manner.
• Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and interest.
• Schedule counseling/demo sessions with the concerned team.
• Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Work towards daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate/customer experience.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree. Candidates currently pursuing a Master's or graduation are not eligible.
• 0\-1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus, but freshers are very welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a regional language.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target\-driven environment.
