Telecaller

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused Tele callers to promote our gold

savings schemes, jewellery collections, and investment plans. The ideal candidate should

possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be target\-oriented, and have the

ability to build strong customer relationships through effective tele calling. Prior experience

in the Gold \& Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

 Contact prospective and existing customers to promote gold savings schemes, jewellery

collections, and gold investment plans.

 Follow up with potential customers and schedule showroom visits.

 Generate qualified sales leads and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

 Conduct regular follow\-ups with interested customers to maximize conversions.

 Maintain call quality standards and ensure timely reporting of daily activities.

• *Required Qualifications**

 Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Tele caller, Customer Support Executive, Tele Sales

Executive, or in a similar role.

 Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be

considered.

 Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

 Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.

 Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.

 Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• *Preferred Experience**

 Prior experience in the Gold \& Jewellery industry is highly preferred.

 Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Jewellery

Sales will be an added advantage.

• *Languages Required**

 Telugu (Mandatory)

 English (Mandatory)

 Hindi (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
