Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) are welcome. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a positive and customer\-centric approach during interactions.
Record customer details and update CRM/system accurately.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem\-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a fast\-paced BPO environment.
