Job Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls
• Explain company products \& services to customers (Walk\-in \& over the call)
• Generate leads and follow\-ups
• Maintain customer records
• Build strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi \& English
• Experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident and target\-oriented personality
