We are looking for an energetic and communication\-focused Telecalling Executive to support our business development activities through lead generation and client interaction.

Job Overview

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making continuous outbound calls, and maintaining positive communication with potential clients. You will play a key role in connecting with prospects, explaining company services, and supporting the business development process through effective follow\-ups and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads on a daily basis.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.Explain company services and offerings clearly to clients.
• Maintain continuous follow\-ups with interested prospects.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.Maintain and update call records, lead details, and follow\-up status.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and updates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.Ensure professional communication and customer handling at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer support, or related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle continuous calling activities confidently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Target\-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; basic English communication is preferred.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month(Based on experience and performance)
